Yesterday, Max and I spent the day together. " Is it true Nina?" ( that I had roasted lizard for lunch...). Now, even if I AM serious, he doesn't believe a word I say, " Noooo, you jokin'!"

Last months in Sussex #1 May-Brighton Pier

Last friday, like every friday I went down to Brighton for a stroll. I like walking without a goal, and finally always end up at the pier.
I love the old iron balustrade and the fright that it could fall in those big waves.

J'ai pensé que ça ferait plaisir à certain(e)s de voir ma gueule. Juste comme ça, histoire de vous montrer que je ne change pas, enfin, j'ai découvert des prémisses de rides au coin de mes yeux, mais heureusement elles ne sont pas encore détectables pour l’œil d'autrui non entraîné...

Last months in Sussex #1 May

Lost animal in the neighbourhood.

I say last months, a few months, in comparison with the time I spent here. The older you get, the quicker time flies. I have a bit more than two months to go until the final flight/ride/train journey. Two months to work, to organise myself for the moving, to discover and enjoy more the county, the night life in Brighton, festivals, etc...

Cherry blossom

I can't wait for the cherry season! I used to spend my days climbing in the trees and eating tones of cherries when I was a child... I could still do it, but have no tree to climb in.

Ben oui, on est dimanche, un dimanche comme tous les autres en UK, à Lewes. Qu'est-ce que je peux faire? Rien! Ah si, tricoter mon snood, sinon il va être fini en juin, alors bon, pour l'été c'est pas vraiment l'accessoire adéquat :)

Hier j'étais à Londres. Comment dire..., est-ce que Londres est une ville sympa? Euh, difficile à dire. Je crois qu'il faut du temps. Un conseil, n'allez surtout pas au Café Rouge à Holborn, c'est affreux! Mes chers amis anglais m'y ont traînée et j'étais déçue...Le service vraiment bof, le vin -Bordeaux- limite imbuvable et la déco à pleurer!!!

Bon, sinon j'ai mis une parure printanière sur mon lit et ça, ça change tout de suite l'atmosphère! C'est clair, c'est fleuri et c'est joli! Et puis j'aime mon bandeau à pois de New York, offert par ma cousine.
